These terms govern your use of DeaDY BeaR Studio ("the Service"), an AI-powered platform for generating music, images, and video. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

DeaDY BeaR Studio lets you generate original music tracks, images, and short video clips from text descriptions you provide, using third-party AI generation models. Generated content is saved to your account gallery.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

• The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate content.
• Monthly subscription plans grant credits that expire 30 days after being issued.
• One-time credit purchases ("top-ups") do not expire.
• When both types of credit are present, expiring credits are spent first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your current period's credits remain usable until they expire.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Refunds

Credit purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted, except where required by law or at our discretion for a demonstrated service failure.

5. Your content and ownership

• You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit.
• Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the output you generate and may use it for personal or commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content don't infringe on the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, depicts real individuals without consent, or violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI model providers.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Generated content is produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. We don't guarantee that any specific generation will match your exact intent.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
